Only Fourteen Years Late to the Party

Well, I finally got around to watching The Room a few days ago and it’s official: I definitely should NOT have waited so long to do so.  For years I have avoided watching the film thinking that there was no way it could be as good (read: terrible) as everyone made it out to be.  I can assure you, as quite the connoisseur of crap cinema, that The Room very much lives up to the hype.

A seemingly endless stream of terrible, unnecessary love scenes, unimaginably bad dialogue, terrible acting, confusing, disjointed narrative, and the indeterminable, European accent and affectations of writer, director, and star, Tommy Wiseau – The Room has it all.  If you are a fan of cheesy, campy, or just plain terrible cinema, go find a copy of The Room right now.  Don’t make the same mistake I did.

So many wasted years…

A full review is definitely coming to BadMovieRealm.com in the near future—Oh, hi Mark…
